What are your daily “wins”?

Gratitude journals can be beneficial, but consider also tracking your daily “wins.”

Unlike gratitude that can often be general or passive, wins highlight actions and accomplishments—things you or others actively did—helping you end the day with a sense of progress and purpose.

This works for those in grief as well as those just looking for more positivity in their lives.
